Open Question: How To Get Registered As A Minister In North Carolina?

Hello. A friend and I have felt called by God to start our own ministry. We aren't sure where to find out what needs to be done here in our state of North Carolina to be registered as a minister. We would like to be able to perform weddings, etc. Does anyone know or know where to turn to find out what someone has to do to be registered as a minister?
